Delivery Information

We deliver to all areas across the United Arab Emirates.

The moment you complete your purchase and your oder is approved, your delivery will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, which includes the items you have ordered and their costs. For any extra information, we will call you on the mobile number you have provided.

Note that orders are only approved once the payment is made. You can pay through different methods –

Home Delivery –

For Delivery Charges see our list below. Free delivery inside of Dubai. Items will be delivered within 1-2 business days.

Note that the delivery charges vary depending on location and items sizes. We will specify the charges in the invoice you will get by email. For any extra information, we will call you on the mobile number you have provided.

Order and Collect –

You can place an order and collect it in our store. Items will be ready the moment you place your order and the order is approved. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order number. Please bring this number when you want to collect your items. No delivery will be charged to your account.

If you’re unable to collect your order for any reason, please contact us on 042585810. We keep your oder in store for 3 business days.

All uncollected orders will be cancelled and any payment made will be refunded. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation in this case. If you wish to reorder your items, please place your order via website again.

Safety Measures –

We are taking every measure to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, in light of current circumstances. We have imposed strict hygiene and sanitation protocols at every step of the orders and delivery process that put safety first. Precaution measures include:

• All our orders are housed with us and dispatched locally. 
• All orders are handled by employees that are equipped with disinfectant, hand gloves and masks.
• All delivery vehicles are cleaned inside & out with certified detergent. 
• Regular temperature checks and health screenings for all employees. 
• A minimum distance of 2 meters across all operations.
